Leverage your unique skills and expertise to help drive the next exciting growth phase in the success story of a thriving UK specialist insurance intermediary. In this exciting role, you will provide first-line support for CRM system issues, troubleshooting and escalating as needed.

You will play a key part in testing and rolling out system developments while assisting in creating and renewing products within the system. Reporting to the System Customer Journey Optimisation Executive, you will assist in enhancing the online customer journeys, driving improvements to maximise online sales.

Being the first point of contact for investigating and resolving system issues raised by the team, brokers, and customers, you will organise and manage portal tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with the team. You will be expected to assist in designing system specifications, supporting system upgrades, and recommending enhancements to improve performance and conversion rates.
