As a Private Client Account Handler , you will manage and support a portfolio of private clients, ensuring they receive suitable insurance protection and an exceptional standard of service.

Key Responsibilities Manage private client policies throughout the full insurance lifecycle.

Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments and policy amendments.

Support new business enquiries and prepare insurance quotations.

Review clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate cover.

Liaise with insurers and underwriters to obtain competitive terms.

Produce accurate policy documentation and correspondence.

Build strong and trusted relationships with clients.

Respond professionally to client queries by telephone and email.
