Are you an experienced insurance professional with a strong background in High Net Worth (HNW) personal lines and a passion for delivering exceptional client service? Insure Recruitment is working with a well-established and growing specialist broker in the luxury home and motor insurance market, who are looking to appoint an Existing Business Account Executive to join their Private Clients team.

This role will focus on managing and developing a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients, ensuring the highest standards of service, retention, and account growth.

The Role
  • Manage a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients, acting as a key point of contact for all insurance needs
  • Focus on client retention through effective renewal management and relationship development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and introducers
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products, particularly within the home insurance portfolio
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and manage policies via Acturis

About You
  • Experience in personal lines insurance, with exposure to HNW/UHNW private clients
  • Background as a personal lines Account Handler or Account Executive within an insurance broker
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills
  • Ability to manage your own workload and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using Acturis (desirable)
