You’ll play a vital part in supporting the overall team performance by delivering first-class service:
- Providing expert advice on insurance cover options and arranging policies to suit customers’ needs.
- Quoting premiums and collecting payments.
- Accurately inputting data through systems.
- Supporting retention efforts and hitting key personal targets such as retention, cross-selling, and quality.
- Handling customer interactions, in line with FCA guidelines.
- Taking ownership of your learning through structured learning, modules and on-the-job training.
What will you bring?

- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a call centre is beneficial - insurance experience is preferred but not essential.
