We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Commercial Account Handling Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients while leading and developing a Commercial Account Handling team.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role.
You will manage and service your own portfolio of commercial insurance clients, handling renewals, mid-term adjustments and new business enquiries, and delivering exceptional client service and strong renewal retention.
In addition, reflecting your seniority and experience, you will take on responsibility for overseeing a team of four Commercial Account Managers, ensuring workloads are managed effectively, service standards are maintained, and back-office processes and procedures are consistently followed.
Working closely with senior management, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and compliance with regulatory and internal standards across the Account Handling function.
