An exciting insurance job opportunity to join an award-winning, independent boutique insurance broker in the heart of London. As a commercial account handler, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality service to a diverse portfolio of London-based mid-market and corporate clients. You'll extend your knowledge across a broad range of insurance products, including:
- Commercial Combined: Liability, PA/Travel, Manufacturing, Design & Construct, Hospitality & Leisure, Retail
- Professional Indemnity: Cyber, Crime, Property Owners, Contractors All Risks, Single Project Contract Works, Property Owners
- Financial Institutions: FinTech, Technology, Marketing Advertising & Communications, Management Liability, Trade Credit, Marine
Your main duties will encompass all aspects of assisting clients with their insurance needs and providing professional advice, including:
- Responding to general enquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Providing comprehensive assistance with renewals and mid-term adjustments.
- Preparing and delivering accurate and competitive quotations.
- Drawing upon your experience and skills to shape and enhance client service delivery.
To thrive in this role, you'll need a minimum of two years' experience working with commercial, professional indemnity, and management liability insurance combined. A comprehensive understanding of insurer markets and placement is essential, along with intermediate knowledge of Acturis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as is a proven ability to establish strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and insurers. They are also looking for someone with strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills. CII qualifications are desirable.

Based in their London city office, you'll benefit from hybrid/flex working options, subject to business needs (Min of three days in the office, 2 from home).
