A newly created role for a Commercial Account Handler to join a leading insurance broker who recognised for their best-in-class customer services and employee support, who offer hybrid working flexibility, exceptional training and opportunities to develop a rewarding career within commercial insurance industry. About the Role You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive insurance service to existing and potential new clients. This involves providing quotations on all types of Commercial Insurance, via the telephone, face to face or in writing. Covering a broad range of commercial classes of insurance including Construction, property, casualty, motor and professional negligence. You will also be placing cover when instructed, inviting and confirming renewals and dealing with mid-term adjustments. Where appropriate, you will also be looking after claims. The role includes a mix of handling your own clients end to end and working with Account Executives to look after clients’ needs to ultimately help the company achieve its business objectives and continued growth.
