- Visit clients when required, developing a thorough understanding of their businesses and risk exposures.
- Resolve client queries efficiently while maintaining exceptional levels of service.
- Manage credit control matters and support the smooth administration of your client portfolio.
About you
- Experience within the insurance industry in either a broker or insurer environment.
- Previous experience managing client relationships or a portfolio of commercial clients is highly desirable.
- Construction insurance experience would be highly advantageous, although candidates from wider commercial insurance backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- A solid understanding of commercial insurance products and the wider insurance market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
Benefits
An excellent salary plus working 2 days in the office and 3 days from home, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, wellbeing and lifestyle. Alongside generous annual leave, pension, life assurance, income protection, a health cash plan and an Employee Assistance Programme, you will have access to a flexible benefits platform, allowing you to tailor your package with many more options and a wide range of employee discounts.
