We have wonderful opportunities for driven Account Managers to join one of our leading global clients! These roles offer an exciting opportunity to combine team leadership responsibilities with the management of your portfolio of clients. This is a fast-paced and collaborative group which is highly supportive and driven to success. You will enjoy the best of both worlds working 2 days in the modern Chelmsford office and 3 days from home.

Focused on delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships with their clients, you will be at the forefront of the team. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing and mentoring a team of Account Handlers.
  • Handling a personal portfolio of client accounts, obtaining renewal terms, and ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.
  • Working closely with experienced Managers and Directors to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
