The role
You’ll be a key point of contact for new and existing customers, helping them arrange and manage the right insurance cover while building relationships that keep them coming back year after year.
Your day will include:

Speaking with new and existing customers about their insurance needs

Providing quotations and discussing suitable cover

Identifying opportunities to help customers with additional insurance requirements

Working environment
The role is predominantly office based in Taunton, giving you the opportunity to work closely with the local team and learn from the people around you.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, plus one Saturday morning in two supporting telephone enquiries. You’ll receive time off in lieu for the Saturday worked.
