We are seeking a talented Senior Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join a leading independent insurance brokerage. As a Senior Account Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing client relationships, providing expert advice, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities- Account handle an existing book of commercial clients supporting the Account Executives Efficiently manage MTAs and renewals to maintain strong client relationships and maximise retention Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and contribute to the team\’s overall success. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products to existing clients, maximising revenue potential. Ensure strict adherence to all relevant industry regulations and standards. Stay abreast of industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes to enhance your knowledge and skills. What you\’ll offer- With strongtechnical skills and ideally 3-5 years of commercial experience ideally in a broker environment. Experience handling mid-level to large premiums.
