The Role
Are you experienced in motor trade or commercial insurance sales with a track record of converting leads? Do you thrive in a target-driven role where building customer trust is key?
We’re looking for a New Business Motor Trade Sales Executive to join our team in either Manchester or Liverpool. You’ll be selling tailored insurance solutions for both combined and road risks, working with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer the right cover. If you’re motivated by hitting targets, growing your pipeline and delivering excellent service, this could be the ideal role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure new business by providing quotes over the phone or in person.
- Offer cover across combined risks and road risks.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and insurers.
- Record customer information accurately and consistently.
- Cross-sell relevant commercial insurance services.

The Person
- 2+ years in commercial or motor trade insurance sales, with a proven track record converting warm leads via both outbound and inbound calls.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a passion for sales, whilst providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel to other offices or to visit customers in person if required.
- Comfortable navigating CRM systems and insurer portals.
- Sharp analytical skills—able to interpret risk data and underwriting appetite.
