We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. You will be responsible for the customer journey, in the first instance providing customer service and admin support connected to their insurance needs, be it by phone or in person. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused role.

  • Ensure individual and company standards are achieved.
  • Accurately update customer records and process mid-term adjustments at the clients request.
