The Role

Are you experienced in Administration and take personal ownership of all aspects of the customer's needs to provide the best customer journey?

We're looking for an Administrator to join our team in our Glasgow office.

You will plan & process all administration jobs for our internal teams, ensuring individual and company service standards are achieved.

This is a varied, document focused role where attention to detail is key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure individual and company standards are achieved.
  • Provide support to other teams to help achieve Company targets.
  • Lead by example, be part of an active team.
  • Provide an excellent level of Customer Service, administering policies in connection with customer & internal requirements.
  • Follow internal and regulatory processes.
  • Adhere to both Company and FCA rules and guidelines.
