Our client is looking for an experienced Insurance Administrator to join their team in Whitefield.

We're open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, provided you have previous administrative experience, strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Previous experience within insurance would be advantageous but is not essential.

The Role:

You’ll provide administrative support across the team, assisting with the day-to-day management of insurance policies and ensuring documentation and client records are kept accurate and up to date.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong administration background who is looking to develop their career within the insurance industry, with full training and support provided in a professional and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support to the insurance team
  • Processing and maintaining insurance documentation and policy records
  • Assisting with renewals, adjustments and policy administration
  • Liaising with clients, insurers and other stakeholders as required
  • Updating internal systems and ensuring records are accurate
  • Handling emails, correspondence and general enquiries
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Providing a high level of service and maintaining strong attention to detail

  • £25,000 - £28,000 salary, depending on experience
