Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate our IT support function, working closely with our Managed Service Provider (MSP), to ensure seamless global IT support while driving service improvement, cyber hygiene, system reliability, and user satisfaction.
- Take day-to-day ownership of IT support operations, supporting teams in London, New York, and Bulgaria.
- Provide additional hands-on support to our London team.
- Work with our MSP for escalation management for complex issues.
- Work alongside our MSP to administer Microsoft technologies including Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra, Office 365, and Teams / Intune.
- Support IT security practices, patching, and compliance alongside training.
- Oversee IT assets, hardware, software, and life cycles.
- Manage and configure endpoint security tools.
- Own and manage IT onboarding & offboarding processes to ensure smooth user experience.
- Assist with growth plans around user management, hardware requirements, and policy management.
- Work with the IT Director on reviewing, managing and supporting the implementation of AI use across the business.
- Collaborate with the IT Director on IT service delivery improvements, support processes, and operational projects as we grow globally.
You’ll get hands-on with:
- Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Azure / Entra, Intune, and Endpoint Manager for identity and device management
- Windows 11 and macOS devices across all regions
- Endpoint Security (Defender for Endpoint, Threatlocker/Cloudguard), MFA, and phishing prevention systems
- Docusign / SharePoint / Slack, Zoom, Teams, Salesforce, Asana / Adobe Suite / Sage
- Cloud storage and backup systems
Experience / Person
This opportunity is well-suited for someone currently in a Senior IT Support Engineer, IT Support Lead, or Junior IT Support Manager role ready to step up, or someone starting their career in IT management looking for a change. Successful candidates will have previous experience in an IT support or service delivery role or similar.
Knowledge: Outstanding working technical knowledge of MS Office suite / Entra & Exchange administration; macOS knowledge beneficial. Salesforce knowledge beneficial.
AI Experience: Experience with Co-Pilot, Chat-GPT, or other AI platforms beneficial but not essential.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely to all levels across the business.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy.
Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Positive proactive can-do work ethic. Ability to work autonomously.
