We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with strong Power BI, and SQL skills to join our specialist consultancy serving the insurance sector. This is a remote-first role with occasional client/office visits. As part of our team, you’ll work closely with clients to gather requirements, analyse insurance data, and deliver dashboards and MI reports that drive smarter decision-making. You’ll be involved in the full BI lifecycle — from ETL processes and data modelling to report design and testing — and will manage projects from start to finish. We’re looking for someone with experience in the insurance sector, hands-on BI skills, and the confidence to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders. Experience in SQL, Power BI, and ETL processes is essential. At Insurance Data Solutions (IDS), we are a boutique consultancy with over 30 years of experience helping insurers, brokers, and MGAs transform their data into valuable business assets.
