We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with strong Power BI, and SQL skills to join our specialist consultancy serving the insurance sector. This is a remote-first role with occasional client/office visits. As part of our team, you’ll work closely with clients to gather requirements, analyse insurance data, and deliver dashboards and MI reports that drive smarter decision-making. You’ll be involved in the full BI lifecycle — from ETL processes and data modelling to report design and testing — and will manage projects from start to finish. We’re looking for someone with experience in the insurance sector, hands-on BI skills, and the confidence to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders. Experience in SQL, Power BI, and ETL processes is essential. At Insurance Data Solutions (IDS), we are a boutique consultancy with over 30 years of experience helping insurers, brokers, and MGAs transform their data into valuable business assets. Alongside our expertise in complex data migrations, we deliver solutions for data archiving, analytics, bordereaux management, sanctions screening, and bespoke software.
