You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, partnering closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into compelling attraction strategies, using market insights, data and talent intelligence to influence decision-making and shape hiring outcomes. Your work directly supports Insulet’s mission, culture, and expansion—ensuring we hire the talent that helps us.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute direct sourcing strategies using a mix of channels: social platforms, digital communities, networking, pipelining, Boolean search, and talent intelligence tools.
  • Manage multiple hiring projects including new market entry and organisational builds.
  • Drive a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring every interaction reflects Insulet’s culture and values.
  • Build strong, influential relationships with stakeholders across EMEA, becoming a go-to partner for all talent-related decisions.
  • Use data, insights and market trends to influence stakeholders and elevate delivery.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience and success in delivering full life-cycle in-house recruitment.
  • European recruitment experience, with strong market and regulatory awareness.
  • Experienced in using talent insights and market intelligence to influence decision-making.
  • Customer service focus and collaborative spirit.
  • Consistent delivery - effectively managing multiple projects and candidates.
  • Energetic, flexible and proactive; positively impacting strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Strong prioritisation skills, making good decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to interface effectively with leaders.
  • Excellent research and sourcing skills, including Boolean, LinkedIn, etc.
  • First class stakeholder management and ability to develop strong relationships.
  • Strong interviewing, negotiation, and offer management skills.
  • Results-oriented self-starter with demonstrated time management and execution skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with strong attention to detail, systems, and processes.

Location

Hybrid – London (regular presence in our Hammersmith office for collaboration).
