Position Overview: As a Local Trainer, you will play a key role in elevating the clinical and commercial capabilities of teams within your assigned market. You’ll lead the end‑to‑end execution of high‑impact training programs across multiple domains, ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery that aligns with Insulet’s standards and business goals. - Execute engaging and effective training sessions across clinical, commercial, and product‑related domains, tailored to the needs of the local market.
- Collaborate to tailor global or regional training materials to align with cultural, regulatory, and language nuances while maintaining brand and instructional standards.
- Identify emerging trends in the med tech industry to ensure relevance and innovation in tailored training content.
- Assess learner needs and progress by monitoring engagement and knowledge transfer through observation, feedback, and assessments to identify learning gaps.
- Analyse participation, performance, and feedback data to evaluate effectiveness and recommend enhancements to training programs.
- Collaborate with sales operation managers, clinical leaders, field teams, instructional designers, and country/regional commercial leaders to align training with business goals and market needs.
- Promote peer learning and knowledge sharing to strengthen team capabilities and maintain a high‑performance culture.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, business, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in training delivery, field education, sales enablement, or clinical instruction—ideally within med tech, pharma, or another regulated industry.
- Experience delivering training across diverse audiences including sales teams, healthcare professionals, and/or distributor networks.
- Experience working within cross‑functional teams and adapting training to local market and cultural contexts.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and proven training techniques to deliver impactful and effective training experiences.
- Skilled in delivering clear, engaging, and motivating training sessions to diverse audiences.
- Proven organizational skills to coordinate training sessions, manage logistics, and ensure smooth execution within the assigned market.
- Flexible in adjusting training methods to suit different learning styles, audiences, and market conditions, including new hires, product teams, and clinical stakeholders.
