Insulet is an innovative manufacturer of medical devices, and our goal is to help people with diabetes live their life with freedom. We are the developer and manufacturer of the Omnipod Insulin Management System, and our technology has already helped thousands of people living with diabetes. The Commercial Support Assistant will be responsible for the efficient and professional delivery of administrative processes to support the Commercial function, as well as providing support to external NHS stakeholders throughout their end-to-end Insulet journey. The successful candidate will be a process driven and detail oriented individual, responsible for contract administration and the delivery of customer facing support across the UK with the aim of driving revenue, growth and customer success with Insulet and Omnipod therapy.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the interface between Sales, Customer Care and Commercial from an NHS stakeholder perspective in assigned accounts, both payer and clinical.
- Managing and hosting regular review meetings with key NHS stakeholders in assigned accounts, both payer and clinical, managing relationships and supporting them with their Insulet end to end journey.
- Working cross functionally where needed to support the end-to-end customer journey.
- Managing end-to-end NHS purchasing contracts execution, via regular monitoring to ensure validity, tracking renewal requirements on a weekly/ ad hoc basis.
- Responsible for obtaining, implementing and managing financial year-end, contract renewals and all implementation activities in assigned accounts.
- End-to-End contract administration as required.

Required Skills and Competencies
- Fluent in English (Dutch and / or French a bonus).
- Professional meeting skills (Virtual and F2F).
- Experience in Customer Service / Stakeholder Account Management is an advantage.

- Experience with Salesforce.com is an advantage.
Education and Experience
- A-Level or equivalent qualification.
- Prior industry/commercial experience desired.
- Knowledge and experience of the NHS, service delivery and current pathways is desired.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite, especially MS Excel, MS Outlook & MS Teams.
Additional Information
- This position is eligible for 100% remote working arrangements in the UK (may work from home/virtually 100%; may also work hybrid on-site/virtual as desired).
- Occasional business travel may be required to Insulet regional locations for internal business meetings as and when required (no more than quarterly).
