The Senior Specialist, Process Excellence is a standalone technical and operational lead responsible for the management, documentation, and global optimization of employee‑facing services across all Insulet geographies. The role focuses on two primary pillars: managing the Global Fleet program and supporting GSA (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) Business Operations. The incumbent acts as an operational architect who ensures seamless, compliant service delivery while identifying opportunities to document, improve, and simplify global workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Fleet Service Management
- Manage the full lease lifecycle, from vehicle selection through contraction, return, and contract conclusion.
- Execute vehicle 'swap‑over' processes to maintain zero downtime for field employees and manage end‑of‑lease returns.
- Lead KPI management of global leasing partners and support HR in governing Global Fleet Policies.
- Maintain and update the Global Service Blueprint for Fleet operations, ensuring consistency across regions.
- Compliance, Audit & Data Integrity for Fleet
- Establish and oversee audit rhythms between Fleet data, Payroll, and Finance across all jurisdictions.
- Ensure Benefit‑in‑Kind (BiK) taxation and local fringe benefit deductions are accurately applied, focusing on GSA compliance.
- Act as the single source of truth for service data, providing reporting on financial performance, safety, and carbon footprint to the Global Executive Team.
- Support implementation and daily use of digital tools (e.g., Fleet Management Systems) to automate administrative tasks.
- GSA Business Operations Support
- Provide dedicated support for GSA business operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of external documents and requests.
- Serve as the primary bridge between regional teams, HR, Payroll, and Finance to facilitate smooth flow of operational data and documentation.
- Work with regional teams and corporate functions to document and streamline GSA‑specific processes, reducing manual friction while meeting local market necessities.
Education and Experience
- 4+ years in Process Excellence, Global Operations, Consulting, or Business Systems Design.
- Proven ability to manage complex global workflows and coordinate multi‑stakeholder administrative tasks.
- Good Bachelor’s Degree in any numerate subject.
- Process Design, Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile certification preferred.
- Fluency in English required; professional proficiency in German preferred to support GSA operations.
