We're hiring a Marketing Manager, Launch Excellence to help accelerate key initiatives and deliver breakthrough, user-centric solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Marketing Manager, Launch Excellence is responsible for driving international commercial readiness and execution of sensor integration across Omnipod platforms as well as new innovations. The position focuses on ensuring end-to-end readiness across HCP and DTC channels, translating global strategy and technical inputs into clear, executable deliverables for international markets. This role plays a critical part in delivering successful innovation launches by coordinating cross-functional inputs, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and enabling consistent, high-quality execution across diverse international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Support international commercial readiness and execution of sensor integration launches and other key innovations, ensuring markets are equipped for go-live across all channels.
- Translate global strategy and technical inputs into clear, actionable, market-ready deliverables (messaging, assets, toolkits).
- Ensure aligned deployment of integrated HCP and DTC materials, maintaining consistency across channels and functions.
- Enable markets with practical guidance, toolkits, and support to drive effective local execution and readiness.
- Support execution of the Launch Preparation Process (LPP2.0) by ensuring readiness and timely delivery of required launch inputs, deliverables, and dependencies across international markets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Global, Marketing, Training, Medical, Regulatory, Markets) to ensure timely delivery of launch deliverables and alignment on execution.
Education and Experience (Required):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in product launches, commercial readiness, or downstream execution, ideally in a regulated environment.
- Experience working in a cross-functional, matrix organization, coordinating multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
- Strong ability to translate global strategy and technical inputs into clear, execution-ready deliverables.
- Demonstrated experience supporting launch readiness and execution across multiple markets or regions.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Education and Experience (Preferred):
- Experience in medical devices, diabetes, or another regulated healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with structured launch processes.
- Experience working with international markets with varying levels of maturity.
- Experience developing or supporting launch toolkits, assets, and market enablement materials.
- Experience collaborating with HCP and/or DTC teams as part of integrated launch execution.
- Additional European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish).
Travel: This is a regional role, across multiple geographies, so periodic travel will be required. Travel is estimated at 25% but will flex depending on business needs.
