We're hiring a Marketing Manager, EU Distributor Markets to help accelerate key initiatives and deliver breakthrough, user-centric solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, EU Distributor Markets, the Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across a portfolio of European distributor markets where Insulet does not have a direct commercial presence.
The role is responsible for translating customer, market and healthcare system insights into actionable marketing strategies that drive sustainable business growth, customer adoption and market development. Working closely with distributor partners and cross-functional stakeholders, the Marketing Manager will identify growth opportunities, shape market development plans, strengthen Omnipod's competitive position and drive the successful localisation and execution of regional strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develops the brand and commercial needs (margin, competitor advantage, and positioning and value propositions) for your Country/Region.
- Delivers overall brand management for the Country/Region, including a mix of marketing programs to drive key brand performance metrics such as sales, awareness and equity.
- Lead the development of annual strategic marketing plans for assigned distributor markets in alignment with regional business objectives.
- Develop market segmentation, customer targeting and prioritisation strategies to optimise resource allocation and commercial impact.
- Partner with distributor leadership teams to develop aligned growth strategies, effective business plans and market development initiatives.
- Co-run strategic business reviews with commercial lead colleagues and distributor partners to assess performance, identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Support future portfolio planning and product launch readiness by providing strategic market input and development support.
Education / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical marketing or sales/commercial function.
- Experience in the Diabetes therapy space is a bonus.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities with forward looking perspective.
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition through new and innovating marketing techniques.
- Experienced relationship-management expertise, and project management skills with ability to influence without authority.
- Adept at adapting plans effectively for optimal impact across multiple geographies.
- Fluent in English; a second language would be advantageous.
Travel
This is a role working across multiple European markets so regular travel is a requirement of the role. Approximately 40% of time.
Note - This role is based out of our London Hammersmith office, on a Hybrid working basis.
