HR Services Coordinator – Responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle within Insulet's HR function, serving as Workday SME and providing high‐quality customer service to candidates, employees, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Workday subject‐matter expert and provide timely assistance to applicants, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Deliver quality customer service throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring clear communication.
  • Support Talent Acquisition in candidate experience, requisition and offer letter management, interview scheduling, background checks, and help‐desk notifications.
  • Administer onboarding: guide managers and new hires, set up day‐1 orientation, prepare documentation, validate work eligibility.
  • Handle benefits administration, including new hire enrollments, terminations, and related transactions.
  • Coordinate with payroll on employee questions and change requests.
  • Maintain employee records and perform data administration to ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.
  • Process employee change requests and updates; generate reports as needed.
  • Support off‐boarding: severance administration and help‐desk notifications.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum: Associate's degree and 2 years experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition function.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree and administrative experience in recruiting, staffing or HR department.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate objectivity, results‐orientation, initiative and creativity.
  • Strong customer service and teamwork orientation.
  • Adaptability to change; work well under pressure.
  • Excellent computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Smartsheet, and Workday.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow tools.
  • German and French language skills are an advantage; exposure to HR practices across EMEA is a plus.
  • Demonstrates role‐model behavior, teamwork, collaboration, responsiveness within 24 hours, continuous improvement, quality of work, initiative, and confidentiality.

Physical Requirements

The position is performed in a traditional office environment and requires accessing information using a computer.
