As the Marketing Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming marketing, market access, and customer data into strategic insights that drive performance across campaigns, channels, and markets. You’ll partner closely with regional and country-based marketing teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness, connect marketing impact to sales outcomes, and optimize tools for performance tracking, funnel diagnostics, and ROI.

This role will also own analytics and insight generation from the Customer Data Platform (CDP), translating unified customer and patient profiles into actionable audience segmentation, funnel insights, and channel-specific activation recommendations across OUS markets. With strong technical skills and commercial acumen, you’ll shape data-driven strategies that elevate marketing execution, strengthen market access strategies, and align business decisions with growth goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with marketing and commercial leaders to deliver actionable analysis and insights that drive market-leading strategies.
  • Translate analytical findings into business cases and action plans aligned with growth goals.
  • Translate unified customer and patient profiles from the CDP into actionable audience segmentation, funnel diagnostics, and activation recommendations across OUS markets.
  • Analyse and interpret performance across healthcare provider-focused marketing channels, including digital engagement, peer-to-peer events, and medical campaigns, to identify trends, ROI drivers, and engagement patterns.
  • Conduct marketing mix modelling and campaign attribution analysis to connect HCP-targeted marketing activities with field force impact.
  • Define and measure end-to-end digital and offline funnels using CDP-derived event and identity data, including acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.
  • Develop country and regional dashboards, insights summaries, and playbooks that help teams understand funnel performance and apply best practices across markets.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, engineering, or a related field required.
  • Demonstrated experience in a marketing analytics, commercial operations, customer analytics, or strategy role.
  • Proven experience in med tech, pharma, or other regulated industries preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading analytics initiatives and influencing strategic marketing decisions.
  • Experience working with customer data, digital engagement data, CRM data, or CDP-derived insights preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Expertise in marketing analytics, including campaign measurement, attribution modelling, funnel analysis, and ROI analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, audience analytics, digital funnel measurement, and channel performance optimisation.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Proven experience building dashboards and automated reports with high attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations, tools such as CRM and marketing automation platforms, and performance frameworks.
