We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Launch & Product Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead product introductions and lifecycle strategies across the UK & Benelux. The primary responsibility of this role is to act as the local lead for product launches and manage marketing activities that support the product lifecycle of Insulet’s portfolio in the UK, Belgium and Netherlands. This role plays a critical part in ensuring healthcare professionals and users experience a smooth transition through product innovations that improve lives.
Responsibilities
- Act as local Single Point of Contact leading cross-functional, marketing and communication planning to ensure timely and effective execution of product launch and lifecycle activities.
- Ensure alignment of messaging, timing, and execution across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with international marketing and local teams (Sales, Market Access, Medical, Education, Legal, Regulatory & agency partners) to align lifecycle decisions with business goals and customer needs.
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy, marketing communications and tactical marketing activities, in collaboration with HCP and DTC Marketing Managers, to seamlessly deliver new product launches, portfolio optimization and retirement strategies.
- Design and execute conversion strategies that guide customers from legacy to new products while safeguarding customer loyalty and minimizing brand attrition.
- Define KPIs to measure lifecycle performance and customer retention during transitions.
- Monitor customer sentiment and brand impact during lifecycle changes, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Analyse product performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities for rationalisation or enhancement.
- Own development of commercialisation plans with industry partners.

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex and concurrent projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with proven ability to build and maintain diverse, cross-functional relationships.
- Ability to work in a complex, dynamic and regulated environment.
- Ability to analyse data to assess performance & impact.
- Ability to take ownership and accountability for wide-ranging project needs.
- Detailed and results-oriented.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/Engineering/Science or equivalent experience is required.
- Product launch and lifecycle management experience.
- Experience in medical technology or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Prior experience of working within Diabetes is a bonus.
- Prior experience of developing communications within a regulated environment (eg. Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, and Consumer Healthcare).
- Versed in MS Office package, Adobe and database applications.
- Experience working with Veeva Vault and/or Salesforce would be an asset.
- Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a bonus.

- The position is hybrid in our London office.
- Travel is estimated at 25% but will flex depending on business need.
