Join us as a Customer Service Adviser in Stirling! This is a 12-month fixed term role covering maternity leave, giving you the chance to join a busy and supportive customer service team at our Stirling site. As a Customer Service Adviser, you will manage your own portfolio of customers, acting as their main point of contact for orders, pricing, deliveries, and invoices across our Superglass and URSA product ranges. You will receive a structured, fully on-site training period of around 8 weeks, your own dedicated desk, and regular 1-1 support throughout your probation period. Once training is complete, the role is hybrid: three days in the office and two days from home.
What you'll do:
- Manage your own portfolio of customers, handling calls and emails about orders, pricing, delivery, and invoices.
- Process purchase orders accurately, send order acknowledgements, and keep our systems updated.
- Liaise with internal teams including supply chain, transport, and finance to resolve customer queries quickly and professionally.
- Cover both Superglass and URSA product ranges, dealing with UK, export, and import orders.
- Update trackers and spreadsheets accurately and carry out general administrative tasks using Microsoft Office and our internal systems.
- Take part in a daily team stand-up, share priorities, and support your colleagues.
