About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Electrical Test Engineer / Supervisor to join our team, responsible for overseeing and carrying out the electrical testing of industrial products within a manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to lead or mentor others in a busy production setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical testing and inspection of industrial products in line with company procedures and relevant standards.
  • Supervise and support test technicians, ensuring safe and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain accurate test records, reports, and documentation.
  • Identify faults, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the testing area.
  • Liaise with production, engineering, and quality departments to support timely product delivery.
  • Support engineering with customer FAT activities
  • Strong background in electrical testing of industrial or manufacturing products.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

High numeracy skills with the ability to understand technical data and measurements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
