Manage the end‑to‑end bid process for Instructure Global Ltd across the EMEA region, coordinating compelling, compliant proposals for complex SaaS opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to ensure high‑quality, timely submissions.
Responsibilities
- Bid Strategy Support: Contribute to bid strategies, value propositions, and competitive differentiators for EMEA opportunities
- Proposal Coordination: Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder contributions to ensure high‑quality, timely submissions
- Content Development: Help create and refine proposal content, including executive summaries, technical responses, pricing, and supporting documentation
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Legal, Security, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment
- Risk Awareness: Identify potential risks and support mitigation planning across bids
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure proposals meet company policies, client requirements, and internal quality standards
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in post‑bid reviews and help refine processes to improve response quality and win rates
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and client requirements to support proposals
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; APMP certification is a plus
- Experience: 3–6 years in bid/proposal management within SaaS, technology, or EdTech
- Project Management: Ability to coordinate multiple bids and teams effectively
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills; able to present ideas clearly and persuasively
- Strategic Thinking: Understand client requirements and contribute to winning solutions
- Technical Proficiency: Familiar with proposal management tools (Qvidian, Loopio) and CRM systems (Salesforce); advanced Microsoft Office or G Suite skills
