We are seeking an engaging, knowledgeable and client-focused Microsoft 365 Copilot Consultant to deliver high-quality training, advisory services and adoption support to our clients. In this role, you will help organisations unlock the full value of Microsoft Copilot by delivering tailored training, leading adoption initiatives, and enabling teams to confidently embed AI into their everyday workflows.

About the Role: As a Copilot specialist, you will apply deep practical experience in AI, Cloud architecture and automation to design, deliver and implement Copilot-driven solutions across enterprise environments. You will help teams leverage Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI Services and Copilot studio to streamline processes, enhance decision-making and drive organisational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging Copilot training (virtual and in-person) for users at all levels.
- Work with clients to understand their business processes and identify how Copilot can drive improvement.
- Stay current on emerging Copilot features, Microsoft 365 updates and generative AI trends.
- Partner closely with the Client Solution Team to drive client‑focused engagement, shaping deal strategy and developing tailored, value‑led solutions and programme architectures that directly support the sales process and strengthen our competitive position.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI-driven productivity and real-world business applications.
- Ability to adapt content and delivery style for different audiences from senior leaders to frontline teams.
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification.
