We are seeking experienced practitioners in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics and Software Development to deliver impactful, real-world training to professionals across sectors.

About the Role: As an Associate Instructor, you will draw on deep technical and consulting expertise to deliver high-quality engaging training, virtually or in-person to support our customers develop and deploy AI-driven models and simulations to support decision making – across areas such as:

  • AI-driven decision support and data modelling
  • Software engineering and system development
  • Multi-criteria decision frameworks and analytical methodologies
  • Design and delivery of real-world applied solutions

You will bring real practitioner insight to your delivery, grounded in extensive experience in software development, analytics, strategic consulting and complex system engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions based on real project experience
  • Translate complex analytical and AI concepts into clear, practical learning
  • Demonstrate modelling approaches such as:
    • System dynamics
    • Multi-criteria decision analysis
    • Confrontation analysis
    • Statistical and data-driven forecasting
  • Provide expert insight into enterprise software workflows, from architecture to deployment
  • Support clients in applying decision-science tools to real organisational challenges
  • Partner closely with the Client Solution Team to drive client-focused engagement, shaping deal strategy and developing tailored, value-led solutions and programme architectures that directly support the sales process and strengthen our competitive position

Requirements:

  • Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Operational Research or related field
  • Extensive professional experience across:
    • AI, data science and analytics
    • Software design and full lifecycle development (.NET, Python, Azure, REST)
    • Data modelling, Simulation and mathematical methods
    • Enterprise consulting across public and private sector
  • Proven experience delivering complex projects such as:
    • Decision-support systems
    • High-integrity financial, statistical or reporting applications
    • Large-scale modelling or simulation tools
  • Ability to communicate advanced concepts to mixed technical audiences
  • Strong background in applied problem-solving, modelling and system architecture
