About the Role:
- Architectural lead.
- Deploy and manage large-scale, mission-critical network environments (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, cloud and hybrid).
- Team leadership – line management of offshore network engineers and support staff.
- Network oversight – configuration and maintenance of routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and other networking components.
- Estate management – troubleshoot complex issues, lead root cause analysis, drive automation and orchestration using Ansible, Terraform, etc.

About you:
- 10+ years network engineering experience, at least 3 years in a senior or principal role.
- Deep expertise in Cisco technologies (switching, routing, firewalls, security solutions) and SD-WAN, Cisco Umbrella.
- Expert understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, STP, QoS, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage and optimise VPN infrastructure at scale.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco and other enterprise solutions (Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- CCNP (minimum) or higher (Expert / Architect).
- Right to work in the UK.
