IOSH is seeking a Head of Governance, the most senior governance professional in the organisation. The role provides strategic leadership, constitutional expertise and operational oversight across the full governance lifecycle, including Board and Council effectiveness, regulatory compliance, policy frameworks, elections, member discipline and constitutional development.
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Governance, you will advise the Chair of Trustees, the Board and the Chief Executive.
