We are looking for a Senior Health, Safety & Fire Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you\’ll play a key part in helping our clients meet legal and industry standards by delivering top-tier risk assessments, compliance audits, training, and technical advice.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Visit client sites to carry out Health, Safety & Fire risk assessments, Safe4Site Compliance Audits, and deliver technical support and advice.
  • Produce high-quality, detailed reports to highlight key health, safety and fire risks and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Assist with internal projects, report quality checks, and office support as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation to ensure accurate and reliable guidance.
  • Help ensure company systems, processes, and templates stay compliant and user-friendly.
  • Promote the company’s values by providing excellent customer service and fostering strong client relationships.

About you:

  • Hold at least a Level 4 diploma qualification, or equivalent, in Fire Risk Management, an equivalent health & safety qualification with associated professional memberships
  • Experience in risk assessing residential properties is preferred
  • Confident communicator with excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practice.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and support in-office operations when required.
