You’ll also support the ongoing evolution of our platforms; identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance automation, strengthen data quality, and make better use of emerging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.

We know great people don’t always tick every box. While this is a senior role, we’re also open to someone stepping up from a mid‑level position who brings strong technical foundations, curiosity, ownership, and the ambition to grow into a broader technical leadership/SME role over time.

  • Enjoy solving problems, improving systems, and delivering high‑quality technical solutions.
  • Confident working across both technical delivery and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and work collaboratively with colleagues at different levels of the IET.
  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 configuration, Dataverse, and Power Platform development.
  • Knowledge of integrations, automation and data management.
  • A proactive mindset and enjoy identifying opportunities to improve processes, performance and user experience.
  • Enjoy learning, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Combine strong technical capability with a collaborative and customer‑focused approach.

A Little More About The Role

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Support platform governance, security, performance, and best practice.
  • Collaborate with our Data and Insights teams to support data quality and effective system usage.
  • Lead or support testing, deployments, data migrations, and go‑live activity.
  • Help identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across CRM and Power Platform services.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to users and colleagues across the organisation.

  • Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
