Hours: Full-Time - 36.25 per week

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and proactive New Business Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for winning new business by following up on leads, building a strong pipeline, and closing deals to achieve business targets. You will also proactively approach new clients, delivering exceptional client experiences at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to generated client enquiries and leads.
  • Manage the full new business sales process: assess needs, deliver proposals, quotes, and close deals.
  • Proactively seek new opportunities and research potential customers.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Prepare cost models to ensure profitability and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate training administration and brief course tutors to meet client and quality requirements.
  • Monitor budgets for training and contract services.
  • Update sales forecasts regularly.
