Support and maintain information on the regional website. Maintain regional membership data and generate reports using our membership database (MEMSYS). Support the Regional Director and Treasurer with financial administration, including processing invoices and maintaining accounts. Produce and distribute marketing materials, electronic mailings and website updates. Collate feedback and provide regular reports on event attendance and key performance indicators. Maintain efficient office practices, including post, filing and supply management. Identify and report potential risks and take appropriate corrective measures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). Experience in financial administration. Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills. Criminal Record Bureau Clearance required. In depth Data Protection training will be provided.
