We are looking for a skilled Editorial Project Manager to join our Content team and support the delivery of high-impact editorial projects across print and digital. This role is key to coordinating multiple workstreams as well as stakeholders, ensuring quality content, and keeping everything on track and on brand.
- Manage editorial projects from planning through delivery
- Track and report on progress, risks, and deliverables
- Oversee production workflows and publishing logistics
- Production Management - Liaise with suppliers on delivery of typeset files for publications and manage provision of these files to our publishing partners.
Experience in publishing, content production, or editorial end-to-end processes.
Strong Project Management skills (Agile or equivalent project management qualification a plus).
Skilled in MS Office, CMS, and tools like Asana, Jira, or Monday.
Bachelor’s Degree or its International Equivalent - Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs.
Additional languages an advantage.
