About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive International Administrator to join our Regions/Membership Division. This is an exciting opportunity to support global engagement by working with international colleagues, volunteers, and members across a dynamic and diverse network. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering administrative, operational, and coordination support across our international regions—helping to ensure the smooth running of activities, events, and communications worldwide.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinating international meetings, committees, and regional planning sessions
- Organising UK-based logistics for international events and visits (travel, accommodation, visas, risk assessments, etc.)
- Supporting the delivery of international programmes and initiatives
- Maintaining and updating international web pages and event listings, including member communications
- Producing reports and member data insights from internal systems
- Reviewing and improving documents and processes
- Providing administrative support to senior stakeholders, including the Director of ICE Regions
- Supporting international representative applications and onboarding
- Managing a shared international inbox, responding promptly to members, volunteers, and enquiries
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and international stakeholders
- Supporting collaboration across departments to ensure effective delivery
- Processing expenses, invoices, and grants for international regions
- Supporting financial tracking and ensuring accurate, timely payments
- Assisting with coordination of regional grant processes
- Coordinate international newsletters including content and design
- Create social media collateral and posts
About You:
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in an administrative or office-based role
- Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise workloads independently
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience taking minutes and coordinating meetings
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in a membership organisation
- Exposure to international environments or cross-cultural communication
- Familiarity with finance or corporate systems
- Experience working with committees or volunteers
- Customer service experience
Personal Attributes:
