The Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will oversee the smooth delivery of our catering operations, including the Kendal Café lunch service, room service, and a variety of high-profile events, conferences, and meetings. You will play a hands-on role in maintaining exceptional service standards, managing staff, and coordinating logistics with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of all food and beverage operations, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience.
- Conduct daily staff briefings, delegate responsibilities, and cultivate a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to feedback and exceeding expectations.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently, including monitoring stock levels, equipment, and overall cost control.
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and allergen management at all times.
- Act as Incident Controller and Duty Manager during out-of-hours, ensuring the safety and security of the building and its occupants.
