About the Role
The ICE are seeking a Business Analyst to support us with process and data mapping for the organisation. This will involve working closely with different business areas to understand and map existing business processes and data flows between the various technology systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map business processes, recording data where required, categorise the data, and record the technology and operational measures in place to secure the data.
- Map the data flows for each process, producing detailed reports to show how the data moves through the process at each stage and where/how it is stored.
- Develop strong partnerships with business departments based on trust and value.
- Ensure the requirements are clearly defined, of good quality and are analysed and managed appropriately.
- Liaise with teams to gain a detailed understanding of key processes.
About You
- Advanced Excel (essential)
- Data analysis and insight is essential
- Knowledge of Data Protection legislation desired
- Experience managing the relationships between business departments to gather requirements
- Significant experience of working with teams to map business processes and data flows through systems.
- Strong facilitation and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Recognised business analysis qualification.
