Vehicle Damage Assessor (Estimator) – Milton Keynes – Up to £45,000A leading accident repair centre in Milton Keynes is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled estimator looking to work with a forward-thinking organisation that values technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous training.The Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage and producing detailed repair estimates using Audatex. The role involves managing a wide variety of vehicles including Electric and Hybrid models, with access to the latest repair techniques and systems. Regular liaison with insurance engineers, manufacturers, dealerships, and customers will form a key part of the job.The Estimator will also:Create accurate damage assessments following manufacturer repair methodsUse systems such as Audatex and Autoflow (or similar bodyshop management platforms)Plan and manage daily workload to meet Service Level AgreementsMaintain a high standard of repair knowledge and customer serviceAct as a professional representative in all communications and engagementsCandidate Profile:Applicants must have proven experience in a similar Estimator/VDA role within a bodyshop or accident repair environment. Confidence in using Audatex and familiarity with bodyshop management systems are essential.
