Sales Controller required for a Used Car supermarket in Hinckley. Β£30,000 plus commission, realistic OTE Β£60K, 28 days holiday.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Controller to join our client's Used Car Supermarket in Hinckley. The successful candidate should be:
- Breath of experience across all elements of used car retail
- Capable of leading by example
- Demonstrates the highest standards

- FCA accredited (after training)
- Car supermarket and volume used car management experience preferable
Duties:
- Responsible for maintaining the overall performance of the site
- Carrying out some general manager responsibilities during absences from site
- Management of the sales team and their performance
- Supporting the sales team with regards to sold units and value-added products
- Identifying opportunities to support sales team in closing the deal
- Auditing deal presenter and subsequent opportunities
- Audit financial documents to ensure compliance
- Hitting and exceeding your monthly sales targets
