The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Location: Home based with the requirement to do some adhoc UK travel to meetings. Must be based in the UK.

Duration: 12 months fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

We are looking to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented team member to join our Corporate Partnerships Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, helping to support the delivery and growth of our Corporate Partnerships programme. This role is key to supporting day-to-day partnership activity, ensuring the smooth delivery of core operational processes, and contributing to both partner retention and new partner acquisition. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop hands-on experience within corporate partnerships, membership, or commercial operations in a supportive and purpose-driven organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as first point of contact for partner enquiries and support the onboarding of new partners, the renewals process and account administration.
  • Issue agreements, welcome packs and support with the delivery of all documentation such as newsletters and digital content and updating the webpages.
  • Maintain partner data and records on our CRM system and generating reports.
  • Support with finance administration tasks such as invoicing, purchase order tracking and reconciliation activities.
  • Assist in the coordination of events and assist with small scale projects and initiatives.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • You must have worked in a customer facing role and have experience of working with stakeholders.
  • Experience using a CRM system is a must (Microsoft Dynamics is desirable).
  • Strong communication skills and IT skills are essential for this role and familiarity with admin and finance processes such as invoicing or purchase orders.
  • Candidates should have an excellent eye for detail and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
