Your Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant will join a team of housing professionals for our Cambridge Portfolio which consists of more than 400 units. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones
- Greeting visitors
- Assisting with recertifications
- Processing invoices
- Ordering office supplies
- Distributing mail
- Assisting with special projects
Your Qualifications
Administrative experience is required. Experience in property management is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Experience with Yardi is a plus. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
