We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic in Brighton. The ideal candidate can work well independently when needed and is skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, boilers, and general maintenance work.

Requirements:
  • Responds to changes in organization and property by assuming additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, accept feedback, and take ownership.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Service-minded and takes pride in work.
  • Shares in on-call rotation (every other weekend).
  • Having your own tools is very helpful.
  • Prior experience in apartment maintenance is helpful.
  • Reliable transportation, willingness to travel when needed, and a valid driver's license with a good driving record are required.
