The Institute of Public Care (IPC) is a small knowledge exchange unit embedded within Oxford Brookes University. We provide applied research and evaluation, consultancy, and training to central and local government, the NHS, and care providers.
We are looking for people to lead our knowledge exchange projects that improve health and social care outcomes across the UK. As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you’ll facilitate stakeholder workshops, conduct evaluations, deliver training, design research, and produce reports that inform policy and practice. You’ll work on multiple projects simultaneously, partnering with local authorities, NHS trusts, government bodies and charities.
We’re seeking experienced public care professionals with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates have either consultancy/evaluation experience in UK public care, or have led change programmes in mental health, learning disability, older people’s or children and families’ services. This is an opportunity to apply your expertise in a new direction while making a real impact.
