We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to take the lead in delivering project management training, driving business development, and representing IPM in your assigned country/region. This dynamic role combines the delivery of high-quality training with strategic growth initiatives and expert consulting.

The Role
In this role, you will manage corporate training programmes and internal development initiatives while driving growth in your country/region. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, leading sales initiatives, and delivering project management training to corporate clients and public cohorts. You will also take on a consultative approach, supporting clients with tailored solutions, all while managing training delivery, enhancing course content, and expanding the IPM brand in your territory.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Training & Delivery (40%)
- Lead the delivery of instructor-led project management training programmes for corporate clients and public cohorts.
- Teach core project management concepts, methodologies, and leadership modules, along with IPM-accredited courses.
- Facilitate engaging workshops, case studies, and practical training sessions, ensuring interactive learning experiences.
- Achieve high learner and client satisfaction, ensuring that training programmes consistently meet quality standards.
- Represent IPM as a senior practitioner in your assigned territory, building a strong professional presence.
Country Management & Market Growth (30%)
- Act as the primary representative of IPM in your assigned country or region, responsible for building and expanding the market.
- Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, government bodies, and educational institutions.
- Work closely with the Head of Corporate to develop and execute a country-level sales strategy.
- Build a robust pipeline of corporate clients, tracking progress and delivering performance updates.
- Attend key events, networking functions, and represent IPM externally, enhancing brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the Head of Corporate to support sales calls, proposals, and pitches.
- Present IPM’s solutions to senior stakeholders, including HR, L&D, PMO Directors, and CXOs.
- Engage in scoping conversations and needs assessments, providing expert advice and insights during proposal development.
- Assist in closing medium-to-large enterprise deals, contributing to IPM’s growth in your region.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise and credibility during complex corporate pitches.
Content Development & Product Support (10%)
- Offer your expertise to the content team, providing feedback on course materials and suggesting improvements.
- Develop industry‑specific case studies and examples for use across various training programmes.
- Support the development of new courses and certifications, ensuring they remain aligned with industry best practices and client needs.
Key Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in project management, including a deep understanding of project management principles.
- Proven experience in facilitating training, workshops, or corporate learning initiatives.
- Certifications such as PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or Agile (essential).
- Strong background in consulting, client management, and business development in a corporate setting.
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive business growth and development.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills.
