We are seeking an experienced Project Management Lecturer to lead the delivery of various project management training programmes, corporate initiatives, and strategic educational projects. This role focuses on providing high-quality instruction while contributing to the development of new training offerings and ensuring that all programmes meet the highest standards.
The Role: As a Project Management Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering impactful project management training and lectures to both professionals and students. You will engage directly with a diverse audience, sharing your expertise to help learners apply project management principles in their careers. Your role will also involve working closely with leadership and other subject matter experts to enhance the curriculum, ensuring the success of training offerings and keeping content relevant to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management Lecturing – Organising, Delivering & Engaging
- Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of project management lectures and training programmes.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, presentations, and proposals to corporate clients and training participants.
- Work closely with the business development team to secure new contracts and renewals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and students, ensuring their needs are met and that feedback is integrated into future training sessions.
- Collaborate with faculty, consultants, and subject matter experts to refresh and enhance project management course content.
- Oversee the development of new project management training programmes and certifications in response to market needs and trends.
- Ensure that all training offerings maintain high standards of quality and relevance, aligning with current industry best practices and emerging project management trends.
- Lead, coordinate, and manage a network of trainers, consultants, and delivery partners.
- Set performance expectations and monitor delivery quality.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
- Optimise resource allocation for maximum efficiency and impact.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 5–7+ years of experience in project management, with a deep understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Previous experience in lecturing or teaching project management courses is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices in project management.
- Ability to deliver training in a remote, online environment.
