Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Working under a Senior Account Director and collaborating with the creative team
- Managing day-to-day client relationships and account administration for retained clients and projects
- Handling small budgets and detailed scheduling for project delivery
- Supporting social media measurement and analysis for clients across the agency
- Managing and overseeing content schedules for key channels, based on client needs
- Developing content strategies and defining the role of social media for clients, often in partnership with data teams or media agencies
- Providing guidelines, social assets, and best practices for channels
- Identifying and leveraging relevant social media influencers for campaigns
- Building relationships with platforms and agents
- Collaborating with clients to develop and implement paid social strategies when needed
- Working with partner agencies to execute detailed, integrated multi-channel social content campaigns
Knowledge and Experience
- Strong understanding of current digital and social trends and channel mechanics
- Minimum of 4 years in a social media role within an agency or in-house
- Expert in content management and monitoring systems for social media
- Proficient in social analytics platforms and KPI reporting
- Experience managing influencer and creator campaigns
- Extensive knowledge of the online media landscape
- Understanding of digital channels and emerging trends
- Up-to-date with new technologies
- Strong project management skills
- Basic skills in content creation (video and graphics)
